In a survey of over 2,500 adult Americans, 51 percent of respondents said that celebrity endorsements have little to no effect on their feelings toward a product or cause. You're right, that number IS too low, particularly when one considers that 45 percent of those surveyed say celebrities have a "large or positive" influence over their life decisions. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Well, perhaps, just maybe, what people are trying to say is, that most celebrities behave in such a negative fashion, and most of the decisions celebrities make are so flawed, and the overuse of drugs and/or alcohol in the celebrity culture renders those in the limelight (that used to be a nightclub in NYC, back in the day) so powerless when it comes to making productive and well-thought out life choices, that it encourages the American public, as individuals, to do the opposite. That would be a positive influence, right?
Or maybe I'm just over-intellectualizing this whole thing…

Umm, qc, Edvard Munch.(Oh… I feel like I'm correcting my Mom about something :( ) I'm sure He would hate the Hills too. :) To me the Hills means West Virginia. It's really beautiful over there around Harper's Ferry. You can buy all sorts of antiques and knick-knacks.
