I'm going to go out on a limb here. Why the hell shouldn't she be sued, or charged for stealing the coat? If she hadn't been caught do you think she would have given it back? If I or anyone who post on this site had taken the coat and got caught we would have been arrested and charged. Throw her in jail, maybe she'll think twice next time before she decides she can do what she wants because she is famous.

I agree 100%. Why shouldn't she sue? This was no coat off the rack that everyone's wearing so you don't realize it isn't yours. This was a pretty distinct coat that Hohan knew wasn't hers. She STOLE it. Then the dumb ass wore it when she knew she'd be photographed. It was a total nose thumbing to the actual owner. Lock her up and throw away the key.
