Stella is a very nice name. They've chosen remarkably normal names for their kids, much to my surprise.

God willing, little Stella won't look like… well, anyone in her familiy.

What's the deal with Hollywood babies coming into the world via C-section? In other countries this surgery is far less frequent than it is here, and it pains me to think that the reason for Hollywood C-sections could be…vanity.

Loathe as I am to defend Tori Spelling, I believe her first was an emergency after he wouldn't turn during labor and her pushing wasn't working to get him out.

Yes, her labor stalled at 6 cm for awhile and his heartrate was dropping every time she had a contraction, so they did an emergency c-section.

I love the name Stella, but my brother and his wife had a dog named Stella, so now it is a dog name to me. Although it was half pug, and doesn't one of her kids look like a pug?

I give her kudos for trying to push her first baby out. I am hoping her daughter looks like Daddy, I think her brother is not too bad looking but as a woman she can't seem to pull off the "SPELLING" genes.

Their first son is actually really cute somehow.
