The Nintendo Wii broke the market open. People who have never been into video games are getting hooked on it. As much as I dislike Nintendo, I have to give it to them for this product. They were smart enough to come out with the fitness line that will push sales even higher. We as Americans like nothing more that the promise of getting in shape without doing a lot of work and the Wii promises just that. Your not working out so much as playing a game.
Plus, just look at the sales of the new Grand Theft Auto, it's unprecedented.
Frowny is right, with all the monkey up for grabs, companies are going to start rushing games to market to get their share, and in time the bottom will fall out. The companies will care more about producing so-so products to get the quick cash, then making great games. I think thats what happened in Hollywood over the last few years, they got lazy and took the easy way out. Why come up with something new when we can just re-hash something half assed.

JuJu, when you make the jump, Asteroids is going to blow your freaking mind. Your going to want to take it slow. Maybe after a year of two you could try out Pacman. If you can still hold down solid foods, maybe mix in a little Donkey Kong on the weekends when you need to really cut loose.
