HOW ABOUT 'BAD ACTOR'? "Jerry Seinfeld claims a cookbook author is cooking up some fancy semantics by calling him an actor rather than a comedian to minimize the humor in statements she says defamed her. Lawyers for Seinfeld say Missy Chase Lapine's lawyers resorted to the switch in words to describe Seinfeld when several weeks ago they filed a rewritten version of her lawsuit against him and his wife in U.S. District Court in Manhattan. 'Jerry Seinfeld is an enormously wealthy and well-known actor,' Lapine's revised lawsuit said. The original had called him a comedian."

I don't really blame her. He's been saying really crappy stuff about her, and falls back on "But I'm FUNNY." And besides, his wife did blatantly plagiarize the woman's book.

And I think calling him a "comedian" is a bit of a stretch anyway.

Yeah come to think of it, "actor" is just as much of a stretch as "comedian."

Cookbook author?? Comedian??

How many truly original recipies are there REALLY anyway?

And let's be honest.

There is as many recipies as there are jokes.

Cooks tweak up the recipies to make them interesting, adding a dash of something new here, a cup of something new there.

Same with comedians.

How many truly orginal jokes are there REALLY anyway?

Comedians tweak up the jokes to make them interesting, adding a dash of current topics here, and a cup of relevance there.

Now, actors just read what is written, and emote what the director tells them to.

That sums it up as far as I am concerned.
