Awww, cute! Like a teeny little mole coffin?
Maybe it's been continuously growing all this time. At first, you could sort of deflect your attention as an actor, but there comes a point when you have to surrender to staring at the mole. No one is that strong.
Honestly I hate that she got it removed. It wasn't gross, I think it was cute. But good for her if that's what she wanted… she did carry it around long enough to let it have a full and joyful life.
