Who didn't see this coming? Amanda Pagel, the waitress/model/former girlfriend of Make Me a Supermodel's Perry, is speaking out about Adnan Ghalib and insisting she didn't steal him from Britney Spears.
Amanda says she met Adnan through a mutual friend in January, and the two kept their relationship private — with him making frequent trips to her house — so as to not upset Britney.
He kept saying: As soon as she's better and back on her own two feet doing her own thing, we can go public. He told me he 'pitied' her and felt really sorry for her. She'd been through a lot and he used to say he was the only one that she trusted.
And then came that fateful evening when Britney discovered Amanda's texts on Adnan's phone and threw his precious iPhone in a swimming pool. Amanda says she and Adnan haven't been the same since.
I felt sick. I knew the texts were ones we'd sent to each other. I used to send him texts saying 'I miss your kiss' and coupley stuff like that but when I found out that Britney had seen them, I freaked out and called him immediately.
I'd tell Britney to be careful who she trusts. I don't believe he wasn't sleeping with Britney. I just hope she doesn't get hurt like I did.
Uh, Amanda honey … you knew Adnan and his situation with the Britster. Nobody is likely to buy your sympathy for the fallen pop star. Now go collect your paycheck and move on to the next tabloid that wants to buy your story.
