Here's Sarah Jessica Parker looking pretty at the recent Writer's Guild Awards.

Some people are ribbing her for her wrinkly granny hands in these photos. I say they're wonderful. After her decision to leave that abusive Russian and come back to New York with Mr. Big, not having massive amounts of cosmetic procedures is the second best choice Sarah's ever made. Sure, there's speculation that she's had "refinements" on her nose, but, refinements or not, she's still got one of the biggest beaks in Hollywood, and she seems more than comfortable with it and more beautiful because of it.

Also, she's in her 40s now. Wrinkles on her hands? Big deal, dudes. Once you're 42 and a mother, you're using those hands to clean up puke, change diapers and knit scarves. It's good that they're wrinkly. People should be proud of their battle scars. There's tons of character in them.

Yep, some valid signatures. Can you ban this jackass already. I know it's a free country and the point is the freedom of speech. Haven't we suffered enough?

Those hands remind me of my mothers, she's also a very thin lady and so it's not too surprising that her veins stick out and such. Oh, and Cord; can we please talk later about how last night at the Grammy's Vanessa Manilo was forced to interview award winner John Mayer, can we say uncomfortable?!

John Santos - You're awesome. No I mean that. With all the causes you can petition for this one is obviously very close to your heart. I really admire your stand against celebrity bloggers.
    You weirdo.

So I see you've seen many epi's of Sex and the City Cord! I think SJP is beautiful too and love that she seems so comfortable in her skin and that she seems to just be one of those celebrities who attends the occasional event and the rest of the time is with her family. She really does look great.

I've always loved SJP (remember that movie where she played a witch? she was cute, it didn't matter that the movie was kinda lame), and was dumbfounded when I started hearing people talk about how ugly she was. Like, my husband for example.

Cord, I truly love that you speak out about women's natural beauty. Those who say you're a misogynist apparently have no idea what a real woman hater is.

I love SJP, but I'm surprised Cord is coming to her defense, and even calling her pretty. I'm reading this with my boyfriend right now, and at 23, he has a thing for older women. He says the problem isn't her hands, Cord. It's the fact that she could have played Bette Midler's part in the movie Hocus Pocus without needing any makeup at all. Sarah looks like a witch who's lost her broom, and the fear that she could possibly turn him into a frog is enough to make her unattractive in his eyes.

    I of course don't agree. I think she's lovely.

Those are the hands that Angelina Jolie will have someday. I personally believe that Ang and SJP BOTH need to EAT something! Perhaps the veins in their hands and arms wouldn't stick out…Other than that, I will admit, SJP has a BEAUTIFUL face. She looks GORGEOUS on the Nutrisse moisturizer commercial.

Man, she is so fug! I hate to say it, but it's true. Have you heard her advertisement on the radio for her perfume, "Lovely?" SOOOOOOOO unconvincing! She has absolutely NO sex appeal what so ever! My opinion is that her perfume is gonna TANK big time…SOON!

You guys are all crazy. She's a great looking, a natural looking beautiful woman. She's real and seems to have a great real personality to match. I also think Bette Midler is great just the way she is. I'm so sick of these pretty little Hollywood babes and then, as they age, they no longer look like themselves. Has anyone seen a recent picture of Heather Locklear? Her eyebrows are up near her hair line. Did she honestly think, before she subjected herself to the knife, that she would ever look like herself again? Why, why, why ladies????!

Okay, I have to admit I have hands like this and I am only 33. Mine looked old as hell when I was like 13. Veins and all. My mother's side of the family was cursed with hands like this. Young, cute faces, old as fuck hands. We're jewelers, silversmiths, and sculptors, so maybe that's it.
Nah, we just have ugly hands…no excuses :( I kind of like them though. It's not like I have a choice.
