But You Knew That

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad asserted yesterday that his nation was a gay vacuum, void of any and all homosexuality. I think the Iranian in the above video would beg to differ. Now, let's all hope the popularity of this clip doesn't sign this gent's death sentence. (Whoops! Bummer there at the end!)

if it weren't completely unintelligible to me it wouldn't be nearly as funny. i swear i hear him say he's a gay man towards the end. either way he reminds me of Ms. Swan throughout most of the video.

ok, so first of all the word gay man in farsi is "eva-khahar" which translated is–no joke–"wow a sister". That's worth some laughs alone. Second, the guy in the video, whether actually gay or not, is making fun of gays…what's new.

He's so not gay. No gay man would dance like that.

Let me clarify. None of the gay guys I've ever dated danced that crappy. But hey, if that's what it takes to get a commie, so be it.

You're telling me Queerty and Mollygood posted a video of someone who was actually making fun of gay people??? I can't blame them for not knowing Farsi but I'm pretty damn surprised this made it through the censors…?

That video just made my day a lot happier. Even if he isn't gay and was just attempting to make fun of gays it was ridiculous and funny all at the same time. Maybe I thought it was so funny cause I am exhausted and a dog crossing a street would be funny to me now. Hey I should check myself into the hospital and claim to have extreme exhaustion to see if I get treated as Ms. Lohan did.

Rachel, try rehab. All the cool kids go to rehab now. The hospital is so last year.

He is trying to teach the girls he sees at parties to dance in a way to woo the iranian men and saying they dance poorly. Well, that's what he says.
He may be gay, but that's not what makes him atypical.
Jujubees- I'm glad you haven't dated degenerates like him, but that doesn't mean he's not gay. Actually, I remember there was a gay Iranian guy at some gathering I went to and he took center stage and danced in the same manner. Too bad the conservative iranians saw his odd behavior as something that comes with the territory of "choosing" to be gay.

Well juju I would go to rehab but if I check into a hospital I can still be in the same one as my son so I could still visit.

Regardless of my long-term platonic crush on Cord and the amount of time I spend trolling this site, I have never EVER thought of joining so that I could comment until right now.

Congratulations, Cord. You have, with one simple video, managed to win over the highly sought-after "Queer Persian Weirdo" demographic (that would be me). I commend you, and I hereby welcome myself to your comment board.
