Unvarnished Feelings of Inadequacy

kheigwed

One day, when they're old and gray, they'll look back at these pictures and almost be able to tell what they looked like on one of the most important days of their lives.

The least he could do for his wedding would be to shave!

i love the crepe paper wedding dress. i hope it didn't rain. I'm surprised she didn't complain how sexist marriage is.

Have you ever seen an airbrushed photo of yourself? Your first thought is, "that photo doesn't even look like me." Why you would want this for your wedding photo is a mystery to me. Maybe the magazine did it on their own, to make them look less like real people and more like a fairy-tale couple. They got it partly right.

at least they didn't have to airbrush the smell of that pack-a-day habit out of the picture. at least it keeps her skinny.

Airbrushing, via photoshop, freaks me out. I recently had a "free" photo taken at a Petsmart with my dog and boyfriend (true story), and they photoshopped the smile crease from ONE HALF of my face! I kept looking at the proofs thinking, "okay, what is wrong, here?" Humans have lines and wrinkles, people! Who's with me?

    Anyone?

Can they photoshop in some botox? I don't want my eyebrows to crease. I'm going for the Kidman face.

Oh just wait til you get old. My sister and I want to have lighting and makeup people to follow us around all day. ( We are too old to be the "girls next door". Damn it. They have the good life.)

Sometimes when I am late to work, (like EVERY day…) I tell my boss who shares my office, "sorry, the hair and makeup people took sooo long today..I have to go get coffee now."

I don't think photoshopping and airbrushing is a bad thing. I think that it should be looked up on as a gift. A gift to mankind.

It looks like the top and bottom half of his face are two different people. One of which is Liza Minelli, the other of which is a Liza drag queen.

He got confused. He didn't realize it was supposed to split left and right side rather than horizontal. Dumb ass.

Usually I agree with you all however you couldn't be more wrong about Josh Kelley. I've met him and he is so down to earth, very funny and a really great guy. True story, I have pictures. And I know Hiegl can be a bit over the top sometimes, but at least she's not Britney or LiLo or Mischa or Paris… etc…etc…etc…

I do agree however that this picture is far to manipulated. And Josh used to have a full beard (har har chuckle chuckle) so he did in fact shave it for the wedding.

Ok, thats all. I had to give my 5 cents about Josh Kelley.
