Pop star Kelly Clarkson has reportedly scrapped her new album after label bosses weren't impressed with the record.
The 25-year-old singer suffered a scathing attack from Sony BMG chief Clive Davis after he heard the new tracks, reports British newspaper the Daily Star.
A source at the record company tells the paper, "It was an extraordinary presentation. Clive was absolutely merciless in his criticism of Kelly.
Sorry, but putting out a "Since You've Been Gone" is different than having a solid career that spans years. Maybe people are starting to remember that she lucked out on a game show.

What the? I'm all for laughing at pictures of her on the beach, but is that really Kelly Clarkson? Is she okay? Her face looks too puffy- like she's on medication?
Jenny Craig would be a good place to start before she re-records her album. I love Kelly….she has a great voice…but she is starting to look like Rosie O'Donnell and that is not a compliment.

Kelly Clarkson's voice is awesome and her weight is fine. I d love to see people who actually comment on it. Id bet money they are the same size or larger. What is she, like a 10? 14 in the average in the country.
I think her face is like mine. I don't think I look like her, but I've always carried a little baby fat in my cheeks, to the point that it's hard to tell I have high cheekbones. I had this baby fat when I weighed 100 pounds in high school, and I look pretty much the same now that I weigh 135.
I agree with the poster who said Kelly is actually smaller than average. A size 10 is very respectable - it's not like she's at risk for heart disease.

Kelly is fine. She is the best singer out of all American Idol. She looks good. I think the hair makes her look a little puffy in the face. Kelly rock on!!!
kelly rules. the fact the album got trashed is because she has said she wanted to do lots of different styles beyond pop, including much harder rock . my guess is that old geezer clive davis( he's what? 150 years old now?!) rejected the album because she did't fit his celine dion/whitney houston mold.
This is a rumor, that is totally false. Her album is being released this summer. Also she's not fat!
