For any naysayers out there, Angela Kinsey is proof positive that personality is kinda the only thing that matters. Granted, on television she wears much less makeup and has no fashion sense, but her beautiful foundation is pretty unshakable. So what makes her so repulsive on the show? It all lies in her bitchy, judgmental passive aggression. When she's out of character—all smiles and cute coquettishness at press events like this one—she's the picture of perfection. No more thinking looks outweigh humanity.

I love her. Even on the show.
My boyfriend and I watch The Office every week, yet when we saw her as a guest on Conan O'Brian, he said, "Who's that?" It's so crazy how when out of character, she seems like a lovely, beautiful woman!
I started out watching US version of The Office, but then I had to go rent the BBC version. It is ridiculously hilarious. There's more dick jokes and uncomfortable moments than you can shake a stick at.
