Perez Hilton Collects Them For His Saint Angie Shrine

All this talk about Jennifer Aniston/Brad Pitt/Angelina Jolie lately has made us sick of the trio — until we see moments like this and we remember that everyone's human after all. At a press conference to discuss The Changeling, Angie teared up when discussing how she drew inspiration for her role from her late mother. It's touching, and a nice break from the "uncool" controversy of '08. Not saying the woman is perfect — because, to be honest, we tend to side with Jen in the love triangle situation — but everyone has a heart.

Maybe it's just because I've liked Angelina for years, but the whole Jennifer Aniston thing is lame. I don't dislike Aniston, but she kind of reeks of desperation.

Soooooo, just a thought - you know how she changed quite a bit from being a hellion to being more collected? Maybe that is because she is trying to more like her mom was? She said something in there about trying to be elegant like her mom. Is it weird that I now want to call up my mom?

Come on guys - she's a bloody actress - that's what they do when the camera's on them. The question did not warrant any reference to her mother, but she had to bring her up and garner a bit of sympathy.

No. 6 Luz says:

I find it quite irritating that because someone is an actress, that means they cannot have any real human emotions. She was asked about a role where she played a single mother, and she was raised by a single mother that she drew inspiration from in that role. To suggest that because she's an actress - she can't be sad about her mother's death! Please.

Uh, I like St. Angie Jo and all, but she ain't that good of an actress. I think the emotion was very genuine. She was really close to her mom.

She made me think of my mom and get all misty.

And that made me think of Misty, which makes me think of a cheesy dude I knew who used to sing it to me.

And he makes me think of STDs and a girl I never met but who was affectionately named Nasty Nancy.

Nancy makes me think of bananas, because I had a doll named Banana Nancy. She was a muffin and you could turn her inside out, so her muffin stump was actually a skirt.

Which of course makes me think of Popples, which makes me think of Potato Chip, my popple. Potato Chips make me think of CHiPs, which makes me think of Ponch, who makes me think of punch.

And thinking of punching someone makes me think of Angelina Jolie.

No. 14 Tofty says:

Granted, she is devastated that her mother has died, and gets upset when referring to her. Therefore when at work in a professional capacity - don't make reference to her. Angelina herself was a single mum at one point - could she not have drawn on that experience? Why would you deliberately get yourself upset, in front of many people, when it could be avoided? She's a pro at this, she also knows her own feelings & emotions, in my opinion, the reference to her mum served a purpose.

it's to detract attention from the lies she
has been getting caught telling…..mention
mom & cry and deflect the attention from her
lieing self to poor me…there is nothing
poor me about her…it's all orchestrated.

if she had such respect for her mom being a
single mom because her dad cheated & left
then why not emulate the mom to show respect than
emulate the dad and show disrespect? i mean
considering what her dad did to her mom, how
did her mom feel about what angie did? i mean
she's no different from her dad and i think
that is her issue with her dad, keep him out
of the picture and she don't have to see herself
in his reflection.

i personally think she slapped her mom in the
face doing what she did…you know "falling in
love with a married man"

i think she shows us on a daily basis anymore that
she is not anywhere near mentally or emotionally
stable.

Why do I get the feeling that this was a performance intended to take the edge of Jens "uncool" comment? Normally I feel for people who lost their mother but the timing of this unsolicited reaction to a question that had nothing to do with her mother makes me wonder. Also, why do people keep bashing Jen? She just gave her 1st interview in 2 years. She doesn't go on and on about her private life the way Angie does. Jen was responding to the fact that Angie bragged about going after Jen's then-husband. Most women would respond. It's not desperate to do that. Why does Angie get away with everything and Jen isn't allowed a simple response?

Angelina Jolie is a Gemini…and like all Gemini's she thrives on Drama and attention…she will manipulate any situation to make herself look good. Gemini women are skinny, big lips and huge eyes very charming, but not loyal. Great mothers but borred lovers and love to give to the poor. In a nutshell really sweet when they need something but always thinking of themselves first.

Gemini are very loyal to their mothers and hence her crying bit.

Re: Aniston/Pitt/Jolie madeness
1. Jennifer Aniston was cheated on by her husband. The press has decided to deify their affair while treating Aniston like the offending party.
2. Said husband's mistress rubs salt in the wound by running her yap about having the affair whenever she needs publicity. Pitt needs to tell his mistress to STFU and stop stirring up shit.
3. Aniston has a right to be pissed, but has been very ladylike instead of calling Pitt the cheating bastard he is amd Jolie the homewrecker she is.
4. Brad strayed, but any woman with a shred of self-respect would have waited for him to divorce before pursuing a relationship and getting knocked up (especially seeing as Jolie hates her dad for doing the same thing to her mom).
5. Pitt and Jolie deserve each other (and that's not a compliment).
6. Everyone has a right to be happy and if Pitt and Jolie were meant to be together, so be it, but they went about it the dishonest way. Publicly humiliating Aniston and then getting pissed when she doesn't give her stamp of approval on their affair is beyond rational.
7. The only people I feel sorry for in this whole sorded mess is Aniston and those children.
8. Pitt and Jolie: karma's a bitch, hope you're prepared.
9. Pitt and Jolie supporters: how would you feel if Aniston was your mom? Would you still be saying "get over it"? Or would you be calling your dad a bastard and his mistress a whore?
