I'll Be There For You

If a certain report out of the U.K. is to be believed, Sex and the City isn’t the only big screen adaptation of a favorite television series to look forward to. Get ready for Monica, Chandler, Ross, Rachel, Joey and Phoebe to regroup, more than four years after the show wrapped, for Friends the movie. Supposedly they’ve seen the success of Sex and realized, “Hey, people might still like us!” (As if our TiVo full of every day’s cache of syndicated episodes might suggest otherwise.) Also: They could command enormous paydays, especially if they get in on the production side! Plus: It’s not like any of them are doing something worthwhile in front of a camera these days (read: Dirt).

I can see how SATC translates to a movie. But I can't see how Friend would. Most sitcoms that are turned into movies are poopie poop (that was a shout out to glrg).
Except for the Brady Bunch, I liked that movie. I think because it was more of an over the top exaggeration of the original show.
I wonder if they will do a spin off Joey movie?
The Brady Bunch movies were good. "Put on your Sunday best kids, we're going to Sears!"
I'd love to see Brad Pitt reprise his role as angry guy who used to like Rachel. Wouldn't that be a hoot?
I think i'll go for a walk outside now
the summer sun's callin my name
i just can't stay inside all day
i gotta get out get me some of those rays
everybody's smilin
sunshine day
everybody's laughin
sunshine day
everybody seems so happy today
it's a sunshine day
All of a sudden I want to see the episode where Ross couldn't get his leather pants back on, "The lotion and the powder have made a paste"
juju, that made me giggle just now. that was comedic genius there…
My favorite:
Monica: You were my midnight mystery kisser?
Ross: You were my first kiss with Rachel?
Monica: You were my first kiss ever?!
That was a good one too. And also pretty creepy.
I'd go see the movie. I'd love to see if Rachel still sees Emma about an hour out of every month, and just pawns her off on her mom the rest of the time.
JuJubees!! THat is my favorite episode of Friends. I love how he smacks himself in the head when he slips on the "paste". Good stuff yes!!
I know. I always try and find it so I can put it on my dvr. I always seem to miss it.
Kitchy, I agree. She's an amazing mother. I'd like to see her continue to wear white shirts with her baby, as well. Very stylish.
