While I'm sure she cares about her kids, she has a funny way of showing it. Her focus has been on landing the Big One, and then after accomplishing that, it was all about being George's ornament. Her oldest daughter's no prize either, going into a full-blown entitlement snit when Laurie got the new Benz. The best way to be a parent is not to hand over the keys to the condo.

Lauri left Josh alone to fend for himself during the hardest times in his life so she could go yachting with her new ATM. Kids can't be expected to get themselves out of situations like his without real support from the adults in their life and Lauri failed miserably in that regard.

Wow. It's fairly hilarious to hear people slamming Lauri for getting remarried to someone who happens to be rich. How is that relevant? Josh has had issues, Lauri has worked very hard to help him. She let him stay in Juvi because he needed some tough love. She was working and taking care of her kids when her dead beat ex husband was nowhere to be found. I don't seem to recall anyone calling her a gold digger then…. Lauri deserves all the happiness in the world- sounds like you guys are simply pissed off at her personal good fortune.

Laura's a tramp. She's already raised another tramp and a drug dealer. Can't somebody get the last kid out of her grips before she ruins her too?
