Fitting description, Kitchy, as that is the symbol for "asshole" in many western European countries. The thumbs up can also be equivalent for our middle finger. What a culturally savvy dork. I'll bet he speaks English loudly and slowly to all the French people, too until they understand. Or is dismayed to not find a crissandwich on the menu. He's what the French call "les incompetent"

I still like the show. *blushes sheepishly* Can't help it, although his character is increasingly more annoying, peppered with cheesey acting. :)
