Perhaps The State Overdosed On Spears?

wenn50874542.jpg

We’re didn’t go to law school, but this doesn’t make much sense:

it’s probable the State court has lost jurisdiction in the Britney Spears conservatorship case.

Sources at the L.A. County Superior Court tell TMZ, ‘It’s possible jurisdiction has shifted to the U.S. Federal District Court.’ How, you ask? Well yesterday, a lawyer filed legal papers in federal court asking a judge to seize control of the conservatorship case on grounds Britney was at great risk in the L.A. County Court system.

The sources say just by filing the paperwork, the federal court probably has obtained jurisdiction.

How hard is it for anyone to decide whether Britney is capable of taking care of herself? And if that’s not what’s at stake here, who would honestly trust anyone that’s not related to her? This should be an open and shut case.

…But that’s why we’re bloggers and not lawyers.

OMG Kimfanatic and ms2fab!! You know what would be the greatest? If the Kardashians became Britney’s new conservators, with their proven track record of excellent money management and child-rearing skills.

This is getting ri-god-damn-diculous now. Why are so many tax dollars being wasted on this mess of a woman? Just let her family deal with her. You’d think the government would waste this much time and money on something important. You could feed the country’s homeless for a week on the money and man hours that have been wasted on one spoiled and depressed attention whore. For Christ’s sake, take your damn medicine and sit the hell down somewhere.

I’m not sure about E! specifically but I do know certain corporations have found blogs and the such to be a new way to guerrilla advertise so to speak by having people post comments blatantly plugging whatever they’re trying to sell usually t.v. shows or sometimes certain products or websites.

I’m not surprised by that. I am surprised however, that people actually check out the websites posted by those people. They seem like that cheesy guy at a party who wants to butt in where he doesn’t belong.

I hate that guy! He’s usually the same guy who you can’t figure out how he possibly knows the person who’s hosting the party.

Argh~! So many attention ho’s jumping into this mess. The judge who has been handling this case, and the conservators are doing a great job in helping Britney without any personal gain in doing so. Put an end to all the “Sam’s” out there interferring!!!

i don’t know much about her conservatorship case, but parties to a lawsuit can always seek to “remove” a case from state court to federal court. but if it doesn’t belong in federal court, they’ll remand it back to state court.

basically, it’s a stalling tactic.

blah, blah, blah, law stuff, blah, blah, blah, who gives a crap?!

Kimfanatic (yeah, right): You are a SPAMMER from the Cashmere Agency. You post under many names on many blogs (with the same IP!), and all of your moronic posts are just advertising shows for the E! channel. If you were really in touch with popular culture as you claim, you would know that people who visit gossip blogs hate that bee-yotch Kim K. A real commenter would never post the EXACT DATE that her effed-up show starts. Get bent.
