Does Mary Kate Olsen Think?

signsdial911

As increasingly odd information emerges concerning Heath Ledger’s death – specifically that, upon finding his lifeless body, Ledger’s masseuse called his “girlfriend,” Mary Kate Olsen, three times before calling the police – we have to suspect that something more than just the massage therapist’s behavior is amiss. (And why did Olsen dispatch her private security detail to arrive to the apartment before police?)

Funny blog 23/6 asks: “Sure, celebrities crave privacy, but really: what was she thinking?” They attempt to answer exactly that with a “Thought Process Flow-Chart,” which we’ve excerpted after the jump.

This is the location of Heath Ledger’s death. Reports are now saying he did not expire in Mary Kate Olsen’s apartment as was originally reported.

Because Ledger has been confirmed as dead, we think the story should be over. Alas, it is not, nor will it be for days.

Actor Heath Ledger was found dead in his Manhattan apartment today. Police have said that they do not suspect foul play and that they found pills near the actor’s body. Ledger was 28.

Update: Ledger’s body was found in Mary Kate Olsen’s home.

Wonder who Mary-Louise Parker isn’t too fond of on the set of “Weeds”?

She…enjoyed a cozy dinner at the West Village’s La Palapa just before Christmas.

“…it did sound like she was none too happy with someone on her show, saying they were lacking talent, and had a sense of entitlement.”

Mary Kate Olsen – the messier one – was hospitalized over the weekend after contracting a kidney infection. Her ailment is minor and the 21-year-old actress should be released in a day or two. Nevertheless, pray for her tonight; hospital food is so, so bad, and you know she needs every morsel she can get.

Here’s a first glimpse at Mary Kate Olsen’s turn in the Showtime drama Weeds. Though her appearance may be brief, I feel very comfortable saying that it looks bad. What happened? She used to say, “You got it, dude,” with such ease and grace. Oh, how the baby actresses have grown into less adorable and therefore less tolerable adult actresses.

Australian for Idiot vs Idiot

Tyler Atkins, new boyfriend of Paris Hilton and the man who singlehandedly laid to waste all bridges built to America by Paul Hogan, is a hot commodity amongst Hollywood blonds with very little observable talent.

…he and Mary-Kate Olsen were playing a romantic game of cat-and-mouse last summer, with MK playing hard to get. But she waited too long and got burned.

“Last summer he was trying to get with Mary-Kate,” a source tells 24Sizzler.com. “One night she walked into Hyde [nightclub in L.A.], and she saw him holding hands with another girl. Mary-Kate was angry and she stopped speaking with him altogether.”

Tyler, says the source, was devastated at MK’s reaction: “He was so upset about it,” the source says of Tyler, who’s a regular at clubs like Winston’s, Les Deux and Parc.

The attraction most certainly lies in the fact that it’s difficult for ladies of this caliber to feel smarter than their partner. Once they find a bloke dim enough, they’ve got to hold on very tight. Easy, girls, there’s plenty of idiot men out there. Promise.

Mary Kate Olsen, seen above attempting to will a Marlboro Full Flavor from the pack, has decided to take a part on Showtime’s hit show Weeds.

Olsen is cast as “Tara, a devoted Christian girl . . . who becomes a love interest for Nancy Botwin’s (Mary-Louise Parker) son, Silas (Hunter Parrish).” The show’s executive producer told Hollywood Reporter, “Audiences have seen only one side of Mary-Kate, but here we’ll see her in a whole new light.”

Asked whether this “whole new light” would actually be the light of day, the producer said that would be “impossible,” before noting that special precautions are being taken to protect Olsen, including removing from the set all garlic and pointy wooden stakes.

Being so thin that a stiff breeze might very well shatter your sternum is frightening for any number of reasons. Probably the biggest one is, aside from babies, you are the type of person that gets killed by airbags. You’re so delicate things that save normal people’s lives kill you. Who wants that? You’re a human soft spot.

Heyyyyyyy! What’s the big idea with neither one of them slinking around, making rooms cold and giving people the willies? Now that they both look great—yes, even though she’s in that feather duster gown—there’s no way to tell which one you’re not allowed to invite in.

Hello! It’s a holiday weekend, so I’ve been out looking for eggs and bunnies. Updates will be sparse, but present.

How about Mary Kate Olsen sipping Diet Coke at a New York Rangers game? I think she probably likes hockey games more than other sporting events because none of the other fans can tell that her presence makes the room colder.

Mary Kate Olsen recently wrote a very informative piece for the New York Times about her favorite purse. It’s really striking work. Be sure to check out “I don’t have a stylist…” thrown all willy-nilly in there at the end, as well as the definitive endorsement, “…I wouldn’t change a thing about this bag.”

This reads like Consumer Reports but without the practicality and responsible financial outlook:

Timeless Brand Loyalty

By MARY-KATE OLSEN

I have a large, red quilted Chanel bag that I borrowed from my sister Ashley. I wore it to an event and never gave it back. Luckily, she’s moved on to another bag, so I’m safe for now. I’m not quite sure how many bags I have, but let’s just say I have a few. When I find a bag I like, I tend to wear it to death until I become obsessed with another one. This probably happens three to five times a year. But I always come back to the Chanel. The size isn’t overwhelming, and it has enough subtle detail to keep it interesting. I also have the smaller version in blue and in white, but the red is definitely my favorite. I don’t have a stylist — I’d rather just do my own thing and put together my own outfits. The chain-handle bag is the perfect accent to almost any combination I come up with. I look at everything with a designer’s eye, but I wouldn’t change a thing about this bag. I think that’s why it’s a true classic.

While Mary-Kate and Ashley may not have won any Golden Globes, been nominated for any Golden Globes, or have hope to ever clutch a Golden Globes, they still made the red carpet circuit during last night’s ordeal in L.A. And naturally, they weren’t the only ones: The whole clipboard list of young Hollywood showed their faces, including It-girl hopeful Michelle Trachtenberg, Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka, Katharine McPhee’s chest, and, oh look, Mary-Kate again.

Oh, and I heard those Desperate Housewives girls were there too. But they’re oooooold.
