Rumors regarding George Clooney are especially fun because they're so rare. So when one comes along, especially as tame as this one, I must snatch it up like a precious little jewel. Even though Renee Zellwegger kind of terrifies me (have you seen Nurse Betty? Talk about Black Pit of Doom Eyes). Ted Casablana's The Awful Truth reports about the former couples reunion at a wedding this weekend:
However, even though George came alone, he nevertheless was dimply 'n' enterprising, as he found some right-on female company in fellow guest Ren??e Zellweger, who wore a black wrap dress. Gotta say, R.Z. is looking less frazzled than during her right-off-Kenny Chesney period. Seems to have calmed down a tad in the red-cheeked department--know what I mean?
Regardless, the former flames played it low key and took 45 minutes before even saying hi to each other. But then they started a chitchat session that was def worthy of reddening up anybody's cheeks, I'm tellin' ya.
And once that get-reacquainted session was outta the way, the twosome remained together the rest of the night, choosing to sit alone and chat instead of cuttin' the rug with other dancing guests, reported said dancers. Desk Fluted, indeed, gushed that G&R sure looked cozy and that Ren??e was smiling and acting mucho coy during their extended conversation/flirtfest.
Well, I hope these two crazy kids make a go of it - why don't the "somewhat normal and non-douche baggy" celebs ever get together??? Are the retarded ones just that much more attractive and/or desperate?
Wait - I think I just answered my own question.
Looks like they might have been talking about an upcoming movie collaboration...
This particular photo is really old. I remember this distinctly-she was walking behind him digging in her purse and he was looking over his shoulder at her. It's easily 2 years old--or whenever the first rumors about them occured.
Fingers crossed! RZ is my celeb doppleganger, and that is the closest I will probably ever get to life with my darling George!
