The brutal custody war between NFL stud Matt Leinart and his ex-girlfriend / baby mama Brynn Cameron finally came to end late last week.

But closure didn’t come cheap for Leinart, the Heisman Trophy winner, Arizona Cardinals starting quarterback and, apparently, aspiring actor.

TMZ reports this morning learned that Leinart will shell out the big bucks to his ex-girlfriend and his son’s mom – about $15,000 per month in child support.

That’s half of what Brynn Cameron, 21, a USC student and basketball player, claimed she needs to care for the couple’s nine-month-old son, Cole Cameron Leinart.

But the legal battles aren’t over yet for Matt Leinart. The quarterback will be back in court on August 13 to fight for the right to spend more time with his son.

The two have been engaged in a war of words, after Cameron claimed that the signal-caller “comes and goes whenever he wants” and is too into “Hollywood stuff.” Leinart responded that he is a good father and sought legal help to spend additional time with Cole.
