Mollygood Readers Tell All

There are two sides to all celebrities: The squeaky-clean images forced upon the public by PR reps and their actual personalities. To provide you with a glimpse into the real Hollywood characters are Mollygood’s very own readers, telling tales of celebrity encounters big and small. Up this week: Reader Gen's meeting with the Lachey brothers.

My friend and I took my younger sister and her friends to a concert — one of those sponsored by local radio stations with the current bands of the time. I think Jordan Knight was there performing that song he had for awhile and so was Joey McIntyre with that song about loving yourself or whatever, so it was a pretty boy-bandy event. Anyway, my friend and I got to go backstage and meet 98 Degrees at the height of their popularity. I only really remember Nick and his brother. They signed my CD and Nick hit on my friend when she came through the line. Their security people were total douches and told us we couldn't talk to them more than once, but Nick started a conversation with my friend all flirty-like. Their stupid security people ushered us out, so we had to go. All in all, Nick is pretty cute and nice, the brother was OK and the other guys not so much.
