Mollygood Readers Tell All

reneezellweger

There are two sides to all celebrities: The squeaky-clean images forced upon the public by PR reps and their actual personalities. To provide you with a glimpse into the real Hollywood characters are Mollygood’s very own readers, telling tales of celebrity encounters big and small. Up this week: Reader Caitlin's run-in with Renee Zellweger.

For Christmas last year my uncle bought me a first class ticket to fly from New York to Dallas. I was boarding the plane when I noticed Renee Zellweger was sitting across from me. I spent the entire flight thinking about something clever to say, but was ultimately too scared to interact with her. She was, however, incredibly nice to all the flight attendants and hardly anybody realized she was a famous Hollywood actress. When we landed and made it to baggage claim, she stood in line with everyone else — no handlers or assistants — and waited her turn to grab her suitcase. Just wanted to let you know there are celebrities out there who don't act like divas.

I was recently an extra in a movie starring Zellweger. She seemed quite nice.

I have always heard that she is extremely nice to everyone she interacts with. I have never heard of her being a jerk and god knows we all have our jerky days.

None of this surprises me. She has always seemed incredibly real and nice for such a self-absorbed industry.

I find her squinty scrunch-face incredibly annoying. I read some interview with her once, and she seemed spacey and completely devoid of any personality, so I still don't like her.

Goodmorning "huh?"! you are not dumb, but what part don't you get? she was a bitch to a lot of people when she was filming a movie in Vancouver - certifiably bat-crazy and moody. It is a serious reflection of the starvation, botox, chemical peels, and bulimia that she includes in her life. i'm sure she's capable of being the extreme opposite too - sooo sugary sweet and nice - "highs and lows" - manic depressive - kinda sad.
