But seriously, I'll see anything with Johnny Depp in it. And he is an extremely gifted actor, he's been great in everything, even if the movie as a whole wasn't. People didn't think Heath Ledger would make a convincing Joker at first either.

The re-did these movies to make the cast younger (inorder to make more movies) right? So what good is it to have a 86 year old used piece of plastic be a character who is supposed to have sexual chemistry with the 30 something hero? IT MAKES NO SENSE! STOP THE INSANITY!

I wonder if there have been legitimate talks for the third Batman. Johnny Depp would rule in any capacity, but Cher as catwoman? Catwoman is one of those characters doesn't fit in with the new Batman series, like the Penguin.

The only way Catwoman could be more laughable is if they cast Cameron Diaz or Jessica Alba. Or Halle Berry.

They should bring in Andy Dick to play Robin, Robin Williams as the Riddler and bring back Arnold as Mr Freeze.

Depp would have been good in one of Tim Burton's early batman films. Not so sure he'd fit although he's a great actor.

on a somewhat related note, i saw a movie called equalibrium with bale in it last night and it was awful. seriously, it was bad. i will never believe in a million years that bale can do gun martial arts. his acting was really bad also. what a let down.

What might be sool is if Cher as Cat Woman had a couple of "kittens" out there doing bidding. She does have a very dark streak in her.

The woman does have a Oscar. I think she will be good, like a Norma Desmond thing. Sexy & Creepy at the same time. Ertha Kitt was 41 in the Batman TV show from 1968 and that was old back then. 60 is the new 40!
