Celebrities make too much money. Subjective, sure, but probably true. Truer still is that very often those fortunes are wasted in inglorious, ill-planned blazes.
But sometimes the millions serve a higher purpose; sixth homes declined in favor of the public that makes a celebrity a celebrity. Yet where are those figures in Star and the National Enquirer?
Screw Birkin bags, time for money that counts: political donations.
Steven Reinemund
Occupation: "Pepsi Co./Chairman/Retired"
Total of political contributions since 1978: $83,036
Party or PAC: Dem - 4% GOP - 76% PAC - 20%
Major donations: Mike Huckabee ($2,300), Mitt Romney ($2,300), George W Bush ($2,000)
Political philosophy: "…Pepsi refused to allow Andrea Boyes, a student at Oregon's West Salem High School, to sell bottled water labeled with the school logo because such sales would violate its ten-year, $5 million exclusive contract. Boyes, who hoped to raise funds for her cheerleading squad, would have netted 55 cents of each $1 bottle of 'Titans' water sold."

The backbone of America!
Evidentally lack of upper lip = donations to Huckabee.
H Lee Scott's Civic Dooty profile actually has an image of Susan Sarandon. I dig it, though.
Mohamed Al-Fayed owns Harrod's. Recognise that name? He is indubitably denied British citizenship. As was his son. Explains a lot, aye?
They give money to the politicians who I don't support. But if they didn't make any donations, we'd be moaning about how uninvolved even the most powerful Americans are in the political process. So good for them.
Criticising white men is like shooting fish in a barrell, I suppose. May we please get a list of donations made by powerful black lesbians and sneer at them, too, in the name of fairness?
Why is the Walton dude two different colors? Does he wear a 10 gallon hat normally? Did they forget to spray tan his forehead? Creepy.
Maybe he had his picture taken at Wal-Mart.
what about oprah
