I can understand why children of a rough divorce would be in therapy. I cannot, however, understand why their mother would make it a global announcement.

A lot of people don't want others to know they are in therapy. These kids are 5 years old or whatever. Denise Richards needs to shut her goddamn scone hole.

How does she think this could even possibly help her image? Her children's lives are messed up enough to be in therapy, yet she still shoves them in front of a camera every chance she gets. Hell, this stupid bitch has invited film crews into her home to film them and broadcast it to the whole world. How is that supposed to make their lives more sane and more stable? And now she thinks she is playing a sympathy card by announcing this to the world. But, I'm sure it must be all Charlie's fault. Not fame/attention whore mother of the year's.

bb&b - I think she was hoping that by getting a glimpse into her life, she'd come across as "your normal mom" and would hope to dispell the rumors about her. She also claims she needs the money, but doesn't Charlie Sheen give her something like $50K a month in child support? Since the kids don't go to school yet, I have yet to see how she would need that much money. I think she's a gold digger (cue the music).

Legally, she can't use any child support money for herself, just the children. So most that is probably put away for their use when they're older. But I believe he's paying a shitload of alimony as well, especially when you take into consideration that she only needs money to support herself. And her pigs.

She can use the money for housing, nannies, cooks, housekeepers, cars with which she drives the children, on trips that she takes the children with her, food and restaurants, there are lots of ways around and I am sure she knows them.

Also, child support is tax free, unless charlie's
attorney was smart enough to call it "family support." Then he gets to deduct it and she has to report it.

All I can think of when I see these reality shows where the "stars" have tons of animals is: their places must really stink. And she does have too many animals.

I think that is why she says she lives on a "ranch". A normal dwelling isn't supposed to house that many animals (in California anyways). They are supposed to have a kennel license if they exceed the normal limit of animals.
