Interweb site Something Awful has published the first few pages of Quotey, the latest screenplay* penned by quirky Juno scribe Diablo Cody.
The film focuses on an eccentric yet successful screenwriter and her zany, "indie" friends, and hilarity ensues!

* Of course it's totally fucking fake. The sad thing is, with a hundred more pages, it could be a hit, and there's an Academy Award nomination to prove it.

Wow. Unlike Juno, I wouldn't even download this movie illegaly.
Juno was actually this "too cool for its own good" at the beginning, then got more pithy later.

i thought all those bands were popular 4-5 years ago and are now old news. am i just too much of an indie fuck for diablo cody?
My favorite part is the note "Maybe not ironic enough?" What a jackass…
So, those bands *are* popular. I mean, even the fringe element like Feathers and Akron Family are popular now. What a pretentious, out-of-the-loop fuck. I hate name-dropping motherfuckers.
