It's been less than a week since our first installment of Diddy Issues, and Diddy has already come forward with more ill-thought-out bloviating, thereby providing us another opportunity to discuss his incomparable bullshit.

Here is an excerpt from "Put the guns and knives down," a tremendous little piece of dramatic work penned by Diddy himself after his London tour date with Snoop was canceled when Snoop was denied a visa:

My message to kids is simple. Put the guns down. No good can possibly come from the violence. You pick up a gun, and you are looking at prison or death. It may not happen the same day, it may not happen the next day, but it will happen. It is a dark road - and there is no turning back!

I live life large, I enjoy my life and I work hard for it. But I make my money in a legal way, using my songs, on tour, designing, managing new talent, discovering. I am every young kid with a dream. If I, Puffy, can do it, you can do it too!

Snoop and I were very much looking forward to performing in the UK. It was going to be a highlight of our European tour.

We have both been through a lot in life, ups and downs, but as we get older and wiser our message is stronger - it is one of peace.

Snoop and I represent the west coast and east coast of America. Historically in the hip-hop world this represents a large divide and huge differences. But we have brought the coasts together, put all that competition behind us and are great friends sharing a responsibility of delivering an important message; a message of peace.

And we took our voices across Europe on tour, entertaining crowds without incident and inspiring. It was a bit ironic that Snoop and I were not allowed to perform together in the UK, as the whole premise was a concert for peace.
