13-year-old Dakota Fanning, whose spiteful eyes are second only to her spiteful grin in severity, has reportedly already learned to be a vain diva, and her younger sister, Elle, is following suit.
According to Variety, Dakota and Elle withdrew from the drama My Sister’s Keeper after they learned the role required Dakota to shave her head. Unacceptable!
Add this to our accumulating pile of evidence that Dakota Fanning has the mark of the beast somewhere on her body.
The little one is totally giving the finger!! LOL!!
How is refusing to shave your head being a diva? I think most women would refuse to do that. It’s not an outrageous demand/refusal.
Maybe she is trying to tell Donald Trump to eff off (she’s holding Trump water). Wouldn’t we all?
Anyone remember the SNL skit where Amy Pohler (as Dakota fanning) interviewed “Abigail Breslin” and was all pissy about not having an Oscar nom? That is all I could think of when I read Abigale (sp??) is taking over the role.
So am I weird in that I would totally shave my head? I am always looking for an excuse to cut it all off!
Lisa, I too would shave my head. My hair is horribly destroyed from dying it black and/or red every 3 weeks for the past 5 years. I finally got it back to my natural blonde and it feels like straw even in the shower.
Dakota creeps me the eff out. Especially when she’s interviewed. Its like “Hello, you’re not 41. YOU’RE A CHILD! Please act like one.”
Remember, Dakota Fanning is only a 13 year old girl, not Demi Moore vying for an Oscar in 1997. Kudos to Elle Fanning for looking like the supressed public school teacher passivly flipping the bird at catty PTA mom’s durring Open House.
Sigh, you nailed that one on the head. I laughed out loud when I looked at the picture again after reading your PTA comment.
So, simulated child-rape: acceptable. Possibly being less attractive: deal breaker.
Maybe she is just an insecure 13 year old girl…I don’t think I would’ve shaved my head at 13 either. I don’t think that makes her a diva.
It’s not like her hair is all that. She should do it for her craft.
Oh, come on, guys… kids are cruel. Don’t you all remember middle school where you got teased for even just the slightest thing? Imagine if you showed up bald. Plus, it was all about having the right shoes, the right earrings, etc. No kid that age would want to shave their head.
Yes, kids are cruel but I doubt she even goes to “regular” school. Plus, let’s not forget Playla’s point - she was in a movie with a disturbing child rape scene. If she were insecure or worried about what her peers thought, wouldn’t she have turned that down too?
I don’t think it’s that ridiculous. Lord knows this girl takes a good ripping on account that she looks like Gollum. Let’s not increase thier likeness by shaving her head.
Is that evil little girl actually doing a product placement?
Nice that everyone knows what’s best for Dakota.
HINT: she was not actually raped! But they wanted her to REALLY shave her head.
Confess: if she did this role, you’d be knocking her for being in “every movie” and “not giving other kids a chance”
O my God - you are all so mean! These are just children. Shame on you. They are sweet little girls.
