Not that I agree. But I think people are blaming her because his housekeeper called her first instead of the paramedics and Mary Kate sent some of her security over, which took like 20 minutes before a paramedic was even called. Some think Mary Kate told the housekeeper not to call the ambulance, and if the ambulance had of been called first, instead of MK, then Heath may still be alive. It happened something like that…not sure of all the details obviously.

Yeah, I have read 3 different versions of what happened and they all have similarities but I wouldn’t even guess what really happened. I had read she was an illegal immigrant. I read there was some kind of drug cover up.

Whatever happened he took the pills on his own. She wasn’t even in the same state at the time. Wasn’t she in California?

just to play devils advocate…when you are friends with someone who has drug issues its probably best to not indulge in that type of activity with them. sure, she didnt force him, but she could have influenced him to be self destructive just by surrounding their time together with an inappropriate atmosphere. when you have friends who are addicts you want to promote healthy behaviors & that may mean choosing to not “party” with them. isnt that what true friends do? i am guessing they werent really close friends. maybe just friends with benefits who party together.
i am one of those people who feel like MK does have a hand in his death for persuading the housekeeper to not call 911 immediately, if thats what really happened.

He was a grown man who made the choice to do drugs and gamble with his life. MK can’t be blamed even though I can’t stand her or her idiot worthless sister.

I don’t think she is to blame for his habit/s but I do think someone still needs to question the whole 911 vs. masseuse calling timeline. That’s fishy. But while he was still conscious Heath was a big boy who could make his own decisions.

I am willing to bet he simply had a headache and asked for an advil and because she was probably High at the time, mixed up her loaded drug vial and slipped him the wrong drug. Since Heath was blinded by “love” (or just heavily sedated by her)he trusted her and took it. END OF STORY, she killed him.

I don’t like what MK has become, but she didn’t kill him. She has been a player in the game, just like everyone else by neglecting the gravity of his drug addiction. In her case, it was probably selfish uncaringness about his state of mind over the months. Were they ‘dating’? If so, why was she out partying 2 nights after his death? Why didn’t she at least attend a memorial? A fare to Perth for the funeral wouldn’t even put a dent in her loose change pocket. I thought people who have been ‘dating’ for months would be FAIRLY close. Close enough to attend a formal goodbye
‘accidental overdose of prescription drugs’, my foot. a drug addict does not have an ‘accidental’ death. heath used all types of stuff. Legal AND illegal - and he used them to his detriment. he had become a junkie! THAT’S what killed him. Ask Michelle, the one who lived with him and bore his child.

I have yet to hear of one single case where someone sought to party with prescription drugs and became an addict in the sense of a crack addict who knows that the drug is harming them.

The celebrities who’ve died from prescription drugs thought the medical professionals were giving them safe, controlled drugs that were legal. They aren’t classified as junkies. The medical profession has a responsibility to ensure their patient isn’t harmed by the drugs. However, we have a situation in America where sleazy doctors are profitting from illegal drug sales and from turning a blind eye. I know from experience that after an injury I was warned that a drug I was prescribed was addictive. I said, “I’m not going to get addicted to anything, I care about my health too much.” Then I stopped taking the drug before the prescription ran out even though I could have gotten it refilled. It turns out that my family has an adverse reacation to that specific drug and we all stopped taking it when it was prescribed. When it made us feel ill we were done with it. The pain felt better than the effects of the drug. Maybe it’s because we care about our bodies that we pay attention to how we feel that makes us so strong. Maybe some people believe in magic pills that have no side effects.

Heath hardly seem self-destructive or suicidal. I think he falls into the category of those who are naive about the prescription drug BUSINESS. These manufacturers often kill 50% of their patience and they just make another drug that treats some other condition for other people. They will always have a magic pill for someone somewhere. Not that it’s all bad, but it is bad when they presribe anti-depressants for millions of people and hand them out as though they were lemon drops when all the while the cure for depression is EXERCISE!!! We’ve got a problem in America. I hear it’s worse in Italy where street drug pushers get to commit offenses and go free until they comit the 7th offence. It’s as if they want to hurt their citizens to keep them weak. It makes you wonder who’s leading the nation and what they are hiding because their ethics need polishing. I was told this by an Italian native who is a narcotics agent.

So we’ve just heard that they can’t find the doctors who prescribed some of the pills. Has anyone thought that those pills may have originally been prescribed to Mary-Kate and the masseuse saw the containers with her name on them and maybe hid them in her pocket as a part of a cover-up? I sure wouldn’t put it past either one of them!
