Keep saying it, over and over and over and over without backing down. Their name-calling and finger-pointing is old and tired, and doesn't deserve serious consideration.

Everyone with eyes to see and read, and a brain to comprehend with, can see that the overwhelming majority of the violence, war and strife in the world is being caused by radical Islamists and the so-called "moderates" who stand by silently and let them do it without lifting a finger of protest and outrage. One needs only to take a look at the world map to see that. It's not just in the Middle East. Sudan, anyone? One needs only to take even the most cursory glance at the news and world events to see who the real troublemakers are.
