'Twas an odd choice for a wartime concert, especially considering the fact that the getup was probably used to enhance Fiddy's performance of "My Toy Soldier," the less than patriotic lyrics of which are as follows:

Our armed forces did something honorable and admirable: they volunteered to give their lives in defense of their country. Problem is, once you're in, you can't opt out upon learning that your commander-in-chief has the intellect of lint. So Osama bin laden (a Saudi) sends goons to destroy the World Trade Center towers and you're sent to find him…oh wait, no..you're sent to Iraq! To find nonexistent weapons of mass destruction…and to liberate Iraq from Saddam Hussein (who by the way, unlike us, was good at keeping al-qaeda out of Iraq)…and to liberate Afghanistan from the Taliban (who used to be our pals). But you find that, after you've lost more comrades than you can bear, and the PTSD is kicking in, you look around and find that you helped plunge Iraq into one big Sunni-Shiite-Al-Qaeda killing field, schools are closed, many folks don't have electricity, and Haliburton and Black Water have been enriched beyond Chaney's and Erik Prince's wildest dreams! This tool wearing the uniform as entertainment is the least of your worries. Happy 4th.

I personally hate it when people like this try and wear the uniform. It's not flattering. Really. Stop it. It's sort of insulting. Everything on that uniform from the colors, to the chevrons, to the ribbons has meaning behind it. You haven't earned the right to wear that uniform, so kindly take it off.
