The secret seems to be daily exercise, watching what you eat(my mom is a little obsessive), staying out of the sun .. oh, and having decent genetics!

3 years ago I was 21, 5'1 and a size ZERO (im still 5'1 but thats it) and frankly, her bikini body is way better than mine ever was. True story.

I think it's funny that she looks waaaaay better than women her age who have had plastic sugery. She's really amazing. I like it when women in Hollywood don't capitulate to the plastic machine. They get better movie roles and end up looking A LOT better than women who get all waxy looking.
