This high-waisted pants resurgence is gaining momentum, and that's not necessarily a bad thing. They can look alright on hip beanpoles. But if you've got an ample bosom like Jessica Simpson, lifting the waistline on your pants even closer to your boobs makes your torso look like the dwarf's fromTwin Peaks. It also places your nipples dangerously close to your zipper.
Not to mention, if you've got no ass to accompany your boobs, your silhouette ends up looking like a capital p (P), and P is for "pthhhh" (fart noise).

Ok. this needs to be said. I'm a girl, and someone out there has to explain to me how someone out there with the same body parts as me can walk around with seams ramming up their bits when I KNOW HOW UNCOMFORTABLE THAT IS. Is there something I don't have that makes it uncomfortable/painful for me?

You make a good point - she is getting back to her attention whore ways, lately. If that's the case, I can't say I'm completely disappointed. I missed frolicking in all the J-Twit haterade.
Also, she's NEVER been able to dress appropriately. And it has nothing to do with having curves. I have similar curves and I can dress way more appropriately than THIS. It has more to do with IQ, I think. Fashion and otherwise.
Is it just me, or do those pants make her look like her butt is on the front of her body? The pockets certainly do not help. And once again we see Chestica wearing clothes that are too small for her and thus the constant tugging and pulling at everything, as usual! They even capture that on stills. That's just pathetic!

I LOVE high waters. I have a great skinny waist but short legs so I look awful in those low rider jeans with my ass hanging out. high waters look good on some people because they make your legs look longer and accentuate nice waists/hips…

I think that the high waist wide leg look is awesome! Jessica Simpson looks odd due to a questionable choice of t-shirt.
And I dont agree that the look is ugly, I have been wearing it for years and I find that is flatters my thighs and waist.
