All that time in solitary confinement seems to have worked wonders for Nick Hogan, who has absolutely nothing to do all day but sit and think. He's obviously been contemplating puppies and what he had for lunch that day instead of why he's actually in prison in the first place, because his response to the civil lawsuit filed against his family is one of the most absurd things we've heard in a while.
Nick blames virtually every person on the planet — including John himself and Daniel Jacobs, the guy whom he drag-raced to cause the crash in the first place — but doesn't take a shred of responsibility of his own.
Let's just list the ways that Nick says John put himself in danger: Not wearing a seatbelt, not getting out of the car, getting into the car in the first place. And one last thing: Being friends with Nick to begin with.

erm………….cunt?
This kid deserves a horrible fate. Like, I don't know, maybe being a bedridden vegetable for the rest of his life.
YUCK…..hate the whole family
yeah I defended him before but now I feel like kicking him in the balls, repeatedly, until he can't reproduce.
what a dumb little fuck. he deserves worse for what he did.
Nick has spinal chordee (look it up).
And now he's complaining that solitary confinement isn't fair for him. Quick, take him out of solitary and put him in a tougher jail.
He whines worse than Paris, someone needs to rape in him the ass. Give me a strap on and I will do it myself.
and to top it off this little shit stain wants his own reality show and he wants to start as soon as he walks out of jail, he told daddy to work it out and make sure he goes with someone who will pay him the most money. The whole family is worthless trash!
From what I heard Nick's anal virginity isn't so intact. A gay friend of mine said that his friend screwed Nick. True story.
A: Nick is probably functionally illiterate, so he did not write that answer to the suit.
B: That is how you fight a lawsuit. Everyone on earth tries to forget it, but Florida is a SOUTHERN state. Get ten miles outside Dade County and you are in redneck ville US of A. As such, it is a contributory negligence state. Meaning that any action by the accusor that CONTRIBUTED to his own injuries count against the accusor. This is just good lawyering. You throw the kitchen sink at the suit, and hope something sticks. If you do not raise a defense to an action in your answer to the suit, then you are FORBIDDEN from bringing said defense during the trial.
And, let's not be hypocritical. If Nick were the one who had been injured (not dead, but messed up), and he sued, eveyone in the blogosphere would be saying it was his own dumbass fault for being in the car during a drag race.
I mean, Nick's lawyers raise a valid point. Who rides shotgun in a drag race. Nothing could possibly go wrong with that.
People are defending this prick?! No matter how you spin it its not the other kids fault he was brain damaged. He wasn't driving the fuckig car.
