Fresh off of years and years of inactivity, Jermaine Jackson is piping up to claim that he and his damaged brothers are planning a Jackson 5 reunion tour for 2008. And according to Jermaine, yes, even the scary heavy-petter is aboard.

I think the Jackson's were an important bridging element between the action of the Disco 70s and the vacuum left behind when Punk Rock bit the dust. Nobody 40 or older, who religiously watched their TV cartoon every Saturday morning, or remembers them perform on TOTP every Thursday night, can deny that the Jacksons were a big-time household name in the 1970s. But as for "owing" their public…well, their public are all my age by now, and probably embarked on more, er, challenging musical forms, as well as generally grew up, and are therefore not particularly interested in seeing them perform. That said, I still think that they are as authentic a reunion act as anybody else out there, be they Led Zep, Genesis, or The Police…and why not?
I hope the Jacksons can get this tour together!! They are all responsible in some way for some of the best music ever made. Especially Michael!! No one will ever know if he is guilty of the things people accused him of doing! People will do anything for money and unfortunaly he put himself in a postion to be a target. He is still the best entertainer of all time in my eyes and as long as hes involved I would travel to see the Jacksons anywhere!! What a fun night it would be to see them all together!! Go Michael!!
i think Michael and the rest of the band coming together IS a gift, i live in Canada and I will go all the way to vegas by wtv means possible to see at least 2-3 shows just in case i never get the chance to see them again. But if they come back for more than i shall be there front row! LOVING IT
I think that The Jackson 5 including Michael would be fantastic. Who can forget Motown's 25 Anniversary and what superstar, musician or any other so called artist has ever sold out Wembley Stadium and other ventures by himself. None other than Michael Jackson. I am only twenty years old and I have never been around to see the Jackson 5 perform. I have always heard about what a awesome performance they give, expecially Michael. He was proven innocent during the trial so maybe he didn't do it we don't know. As for the way he looks, I think its a little weird but I also think that it adds alot to the performance. I say go for it Jackson 5 give me a chance to see ya'll perform!
