All acted as if someone had been killed, or that poor Khloe was being framed by some horrible miscarriage of justice. Then they quickly showed the retinue of famous recent 'young Hollywood' mug shots, culminating in hers, this lovely little pouty image, looking as if she's about to straddle the police dept's stripper pole. Way to make f&%$ing up look glamorous, punishing, and oh-so-unfair…along with sexy, desirable, and beneficial. I wanna go to jail! My mother never lets me do anything I want! No one ever lets me go to jail! I hate my stupid life!

This is not that bad, really. Sure, she did not serve much time, but her crime was not that bad. It could have been bad, but it wasn't. The fact is, she served exactly what all non-celebs would have served. Where this will kill her is that she is now an Ex Con. From a legal stand point that is bad and will negatively affect everything she ever does.

If you want to whine about Cali's legal system, then every one who lives there should not fight to the death to stop new prison building. Also, the cost of jailing someone is tremendous. Cali simply does not have the money to adequately punish everyone.

Her crime wasn't that bad? She drove drunk, then was given the relatively simple task of community service and an alkie ed. class. I say easy because, what the hell else does this girl have to do all day? Even Naomi Campbell did her court ordered community service, and she's busy throwing phones and ripping out weaves all day.

I think they should turn this tragedy into a lifetime tv movie. I think if Dean Cain is available he could play Khloe. I can see a resemblance.
