Pop Star Suddenly Gets All Self-Righteous

A pregnant Lily Allen has declined opportunities to design her own maternity wear because she believes it inappropriate for her fans.

She told BBC Radio 5 Live she turned down "quite a lot of offers" to come up with outfits for other pregnant women.

"My demographic is generally young girls. I don't think a maternity line is particularly suitable," she said.

The sophisticated, grown-up Allen is 22.

So she can't design maternity wear. But taking pictures in your underwear with a light shining between your crotch is a-ok for the kiddies?

Maternity clothes, not appropriate. Maternity first-trimester cigarettes? Highly appropriate. Oh, Lily, how you teach me.

Hey JuJubees…I never heard of anyone getting pregnant from bad lighting….maybe we should warn the kids to only have sex with the lights off.

It might not stop them getting pregnant…but will save electricity and help slow down global warming.

You would think sex with the lights off would be more conducive to pregnancy.

    "Where's the condom?"
"I can't find it. It's too dark in here. Where'd you put it?"
"I don't know. Aw, forget it. Hey, you ARE Brad Pitt, aren't you?"
    "Of course baby, of course."

Or, that's how I like to think it would go.

i don't think the lights matter, all you have to do is jump up and down after sex and you won't get knocked up.

If you drink a Coke after sex, it's physically impossible to get pregnant, cause the carbonation kills the sperm.

and if you're on top you can't get pregnant because gravity makes it to where the sperm can't reach the egg.

It's completely appropriate not only to find Lilly annoying, but a hypocrite and talentless as well. Her music is trash people.

I've stopped being a fan ages ago, but this decision of hers is respectable. (And how were those GQ photos innapropriate?)

First she wouldn't do those kind of pics but then as soon as she looses weight it's ok? She's not wanting to design maternity wear becuase it sends a bad message. If she's so worried about how she presents herself to young girls, posing in your underwear suggestively should also fall in that same category.

It's funny how she is thinking of her young fans now, when I doubt they were on her mind while getting knocked up.

I can already picture her telling her kid, "Do as I say, not as I've done."
