This story made me so angry. They're not uncontacted anymore, idiots!

I think they should be left alone, but wasn't the story saying that these tribes were on the verge of extinction becasue of illegal logging? The last time someone contacted some reclusive tribe, they brought some small germ to the tribe that killed some of the members. Their immune system can't handle our germs. Do we try saving their culture and risk spreading some disease to them…or do we just watch them become extinct?

Rush calling anyone else a savage is just insulting. Illegal logging in the interest of capitalism is apparently a real threat to these people, and that's where the focus should be. Thanks Rush, for ignoring that little aspect of the story and choosing instead to blast another innocent culture for existing on this earth - put there by the same God that put your fat ass here.

I think Rush is funny. I get his sense of humor, I guess. Either that, or I'm an imbecile as well. I'm hoping it's the former.

Being the diplomatic, level-headed person that he is, I think we should send Mr. Limbaugh in first, to tell them "We come in Peace." With a film crew taping from a helicopter.

A group of people and their culture, because they are unfamilliar to us are mocked for being savages and that's 'amusing'. Why? How?

Mr Limbaugh's same attitude is used to denigrate people of different races, sexual preferences, incomes etc.

It's not funny, it's divise, it's contray to respecting what it means to be human. Mr Limbaugh should be off the airwaves and not laughed along with.

I don't get finding Rush funny or half ass acceptable. He's not pretending to use humor in his vicious attacks on anyone who's not his brand of conservative. He's quite serious in his endeavor to inflict pain and suffering on those who don't meet his criteria, i.e. ultra conservative buttheads who don't have an iota of human compassion for the less fortunate. Much as I dislike Stern, I do recognize that he at least thinks he's funny. Rush doesn't. Finding Rush funny is, to me, like finding George Bush funny and therefore acceptable for providing humorous content to his idiotic statements and dangerous decisions that have affected the lives of millions in a negative way. I'm sure there were some who even found Hitler to be quite the wit, and enjoyed his company for their own amusement, but absolving oneself of any responsibility for promoting pure evil simply because they provide a laugh or two is incredibly irresponsible and immature. Grow up and realize that your own entertainment is hardly reason to support things that hurt so many people.
