Lindsay Lohan's desire to stay away from parties got the best of her Friday night at the Scandinavian Style Mansion and made an enemy of venue owner Claus Hjelmbak (pictured).
Linds was being paid to host a fashion swag event. The evening turned sour, however, when LiLo noticed Paris Hilton Handbags listed as a sponsor for the red carpet event. She threw a "hissy fit" and left within an hour — taking some "very expensive gifts" with her.
But all was not lost: Paris stepped up and hosted the rest of the evening. Claus, however, was still angered:
I’m grossly disappointed in Lindsay for not fulfilling her contractual duties. Paris truly saved the night. She was very gracious to everyone — and was the life of the party!
Yikes … we don't have too much sympathy for someone who expected a 21-year-old alcoholic celebrity to actually show signs of a responsible human being.
