Pot Calling The Kettle Pathetic

Rehab poster child Lindsay Lohan, who was recently accused of stealing an $11,000 mink coat, is in more trouble after former roommate Lauren Hastings accused her of stealing thousands of dollars worth of items from her closet.

‘Basically, I have two closets, a lot of the stuff was missing out of one and the next closet was almost completely empty,’ Hastings says, claiming her things disappeared during an unauthorized late-night party tossed by her housesitter.

Citing five witnesses, Hastings, 23, also alleges, ‘They all said they saw Lindsay Lohan basically in my closet, handing a bag of clothes to her bodyguard. … I contacted Lindsay and said, “Look, I know you stole my clothes.” She then said I was completely delusional, I was pathetic.’

Naturally, Lohan’s rep issued a statement saying that Hastings’ story is not at all true, and “it’s not what it seems.” Which … makes absolutely no sense. Is there any other reason Lohan would be emptying out her roommate’s closet, only to have the items go missing forever?

I believe Lindsey Lohan should be prosecuted!
After all, this is technically GRAND THEFT.
Winona Ryder had to deal with the Law, so no exceptions here with Lohan.
If we have to prosecute a poor sucker who steals a loaf of bread or a Gallon of Milk,
because he is hungry.
I’m sure we MUST apply the same laws to people who steal luxury items.
Or am I mistaken here?
Does the Law NOT apply to people who could afford to pay for what they steal?
It seems Laws were made to PROTECT the GUILTY.
If she (Lohan) gets away with this theft…
This will send a truly disgusting message to the youth of America and the world.
I would hope the New York DA will show some backbone and apply the fullest extend of the Law in this Case.
As far as the rightful Owner of the Coat goes, my message is this:
Sue for whatever amount and donate to a charity, if you don’t want the money.
Please don’t let yourself be “bamboozled” by this train wreck of a Starlet.
And PLEASE don’t feel bad for suing. You have every right to do so.
…and so it goes

She was obviously “living the part” for her upcoming role as a Manson Girl. You know, Charlie believed “everything is everyone’s, you can’t steal what’s yours, man”.
This woman is a real professional, folks.

Damn, back in my day, the most valuable things my roommates stoled from me was my beer and my lighters.

You can laugh, but go ahead and try to light a cigarette and then realize that your damn roommate is gone for the weekend and borrowed your lighter. Now What.

And guess what else?

Your secret stash of beer that you hid in the refridgerater crisper drawer is gone too.

Damn Roommates.
