Art School: Inconsequential?

• Had you forgotten that jerks everywhere are making sure “art” looks stupid? Check out this video for a reminder. We just got that professor an A in his own stupid stupidy stupid class for stupids. [Pop17]

Cord Jefferson is now also an editor-at-large at Stereohyped. Check in over there once in a while, y’hear? [SH]

• The Olsen twins are releasing a book about their influences. It’s going to be called Influence, and it’s going to be a lie because it’s not going to include cocaine. [DListed]

Jakey G likes crossword puzzles. Swoon, nerd girls (and boys). [PS]

Leonardo DiCaprio rocks out to Elton John, and that’s more than fine with us. [INO]

• One of Snoop’s sons is named “Corde.” This is upsetting to us here at Mollygood. Very upsetting, actually. [ICYDK]

Yeah, I saw that EsquaredMom. But, I behaved.

I wanted to say, “back it up, doll. No, no, not that way, the other way. Over this way. Not towards him, away from him. ” :-)

I can’t wait to see the Olsen twins list of “influences”. It’s going to come down to Kimmy Gibbler and Marlboro Reds.

No. 6 note says:

I think the class is actually an exploration of current methods of info presentation and dispersion. It is actually quite relevant to your site, because you have achieved, to some extent, what the class seeks to produce in a more controlled and analytical way. As far as your criticisms, pots and kettles come to mind.

No. 8 Sugar Magnolia says:

Is it PC for the whitest girl in Indiana to post on Sterohyped?

Is it PC for her to even ask such a question?

Will Cord Jefferson ever admit that might be a just a wee bit bi-curious?

Stay tuned, dear readers, for the answers to these and other burning questions here on “As the MollyGood Turns.”
