I think she's gorgeous either way. Her sister's slightly prettier, but I don't think Penelope's overglamed considering it's a formal affair.
I actually think she looks wonderful, but she could use a rose tint in her lipstick.
No one can do the smokey/heavier eye make-up and pull it off as beautifully as Penelope, IMO. Except maybe now her sister. ;)

They both look almost exactly alike. I find them both beautiful.
her sister looks almost exactly like one of my mom's old, old friends……..only skinnier.
Penelope reminds me of Drew Barrymore in that sometimes they both look beautiful, but other times they can both look not so good. It's all about the angle that they take the photo I think.
