Here's Rod Stewart, 62, with his 16-month-old son, Alistair. Yeah, baby's cute. Yeah, dad's successful. But Rod will be 80 when that kid's 19. This means he's going to be even less physically and mentally equipped to be an active parent than he was when he had this carefree putz and his human Jell-O shot of a sister.
Hey, Rod, don't have them if you're going to be getting an IV and a sponge bath while they're spilling rum drinks on marble floors on their 13th birthday.

I can't stand Rod Stewart, but that is one SERIOUSLY cute baby and series of photos.
His baby is very cute. I'll give him that, but that doesn't mean it wasn't seriously irresponsible to reproduce at an age when he knows he won't be able to really care for the child the way he should be cared for in the very near future. It makes me so angry when men have kids in their golden years. So irresponsible!!
Yes, very irresponsible of Rod! Indeed, the guy has planted his sperm in SEVERAL blondes, and multiplied the earth a few times over! In this photo though, it looks like, even though he IS a GRANDPA, he is FINALLY enjoying being a "dad"!
I dont think its my goddamn bidness or anyone else's to tell Rod he can't have another kid.
Negative much?
Let's keep in mind people that Rod has millions and its not like he's having another kid on welfare!!!
Good for him its not like he's Tony 'flamer' Randall having kids at 70 or Larry King.
Paris has millions, too, and still costs CA taxpayers a bunch. What's your point, Vanessa (porcupine pete)?
There's not a hell of a lot of difference between Rod's age and Tony Randall's (before he died).
Me thinks you don't.
It's not the money. It's the presence of a father, that let's face it will be 72 when this kid is wanting to go out and throw around the old football.
What does Rod Steward's baby have to do with Paris Hilton? You are obsessed with Paris and hate Her for it.
Everyday you wake up and curse the fact you are not like Paris or even a friend of Paris. So like the jealous midgets you are find something bad to say about Her when She's not even the subject.
How pathetic. Paris Hilton accomplishes more in one day then most of you haters will do in several lifetimes. She works hard and plays hard. She could have sat on Her butt with all the Hilton money but She has made Her own way and is one of the most powerful people in the world based on that work. She surely has the power to occupy much of your small mindspace. All of these blogs that hate and mock Her along with the popularity of 'Perez Hilton' is only evidence of Her power. What has She ever done to any of you? Please give the exact details of how you have been damaged by Paris Hilton. Then take a look at yourselves in the mirror and ask why do you think about Her so much.
And if She were not beautiful then there would be nowhere near the amount of photos or efforts to get Her photos. Ford would not have hired Her despite Her name and money. All you are doing is fanning the flames of Her celebrity.
I really take offense to some of these comments. My dad was 55 when I was born, and he was (and still is) a wonderful father. He is 78 now. He looks younger than some of my friends' grandparents (who are younger than he is) and is still more healthy than my mom (who is 17 years younger than he is). In no way do I consider my parents "irresponsible" for meeting late in life, having a wonderful marriage, and having a child (their greatest wish). I had a wonderful upbringing and my dad played with me just like other daddies did with their kids. Show some sensitivity.
I thought he was out with a new date?
