do you actually know if the photo seeker was just a fan? i would assume that if one really wanted a photo with or of their favorite celebrity they would just ask. also, if i'm not mistaken tobey said "don't touch me", so it would seem that something went on before the cameras started rolling. mostly, i can't believe/am disappointed that you are taking tmz video at face value.

Let's just say, Toby has job security for life now…He is set to marry a studio "big-wig's daughter–Jennifer Meyers.
