I'm pretty sure it doesn't work like that dude. Once the tree gets knocked down it's dead. If it bears fruit when it's dead, I'm pretty sure thats like zombie fruit. I don't think your supposed to eat it at that point. I think it says no eating zombie fruit in the Bible, or maybe it was Good House Keeping, I always get those two mixed up.
