It's just a good glimpse into what kind of an empty shell of a person Tyra is. She has to make everything relate to her in some way. Even when she interviewed John Edwards, she talked about what issues were important to HER (as in the body image that young girls have of themselves…not exactly on the minutes of the recent G8 summit). She cannot talk to anyone unless it is all her and what she's done. I used to like her, but I can't stand her anymore.

I didn't even have to watch the clip to know exactly what it was. I laughed out loud when she said they should be "so proud of themselves" for being in this shoot. Puh-lease. I love me some Top Model but this was ridiculous. Ugh.

The Tyra(nt) is so full of herself. What's next, have the girls pose as amputees to supposedly highlight the difficulties of being physically disabled? After a Very Special Episode of 'The Tyra Banks Show' in which she pretends to have no legs for a day? There are much more dignified (and less self-serving) ways to highlight important issues and make a difference. Now, getting down off my high horse, I admit I love this show.

But, the important issue is…who's head is she going to shave next week? Who will have a bad, bleached out weave? When will Marvita finally bitch-slap Fatima? THAT's the important stuff.
