my dad was an alchololic for 15 years, he still has a drink every now and again but that doesn't mean that his rehab didn't work for him. it's all about controlling how much you drink, not cutting it out completely. until i see LiLo snorting lines of coke i'll say rehab did a damn good job on her.

It's true. She's still so young, I'd be surprised if she didn't have a chance at developing a healthy relationship with alcohol. Living outside of Hollywood, that is. In Hollywood, I'd give her about a shot in a million, but she seems okay so far.

Exactly Deimos. I think that it's more of an accomplishment to learn to control yourself with the substance rather than to abstain all together. I understand that some people just can't do it and that's fine, but to be able to know your limits and to have enough control to still embibe and not cave in to the addiction is a huge accomplishment.

A few weeks? Wasn't she in Europe a few weeks ago? How could she be in rehab near Sundance and Europe at the same time?

If no one was breaking down her door, why even announce that she went to rehab? Why not keep it personal, rather than broadcast it to the world and then ask for privacy? Is it just not as sexy to do it that way?
