The Meaning of Christmas

njkid

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden seem serious about this "giving back" thing.

On December 22, the couple's charitable organization sponsored a holiday party for underprivileged families of Los Angeles. And earlier this month, the Richie-Madden Children's Foundation hosted a function in which needy mothers received thousands of dollars of helpful goods.

It's so shocking to see young celebrities actively participating in bettering the world that we're almost too distracted to be touched.

Good for them. And since I cannot be 100% positive, is it just me or has she been pregnant for what seems to be like 2 years now?

I'm not impressed. They make millions just for breathing. This is so nothing.

Honestly, the fact that they've gone half and half on a charity makes me think, maybe , their relationship will last. Other couples have rushed into marriage after getting knocked and have broken up before their kids made it to kindergarten. Poor & rich alike. It's cool that they are actually helping out people whose shoes they both easily could have been in. Kudos for not being completely self-absorbed.

not completely self-absorbed? are you kidding??
it is just as easy to take your name off a charity (or to put it on one) as it is to get divorced or married, or both. They won't notice the money is missing and their assistants told them where to go smile for 60 minutes and pretend to play with kids, and that is that. You guys are so gullible, my fucking God!!

Having money doesn't mean you lack benevolence. I'm just as gullible as the underprivileged families who showed up for the party.
