According to Scientologists

wenn17716243.jpg

Jeff Conaway is mostly famous for starring in Grease and Taxi — oh yeah, and for having a terrible drug habit.

The good news is, he's recovered: And not by going on VH1's Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew. Surprising, right? If a reality show can't cure you, what can?

His answer: Scientology.

Jeff said he was introduced to the religion by former co-star John Travolta: "He couldn't watch me going down the tubes." Also: He couldn't have found a more vulnerable person to brainwash.

"My doctor was like, 'Holy cow.' He says, 'Whatever you’ve been doing keep doing it because it’s really working.'"

Is someone going to explain to Jeff that Tom Cruise is not a certified doctor or should we?

What about his skank co-dependant girlfriend? She's got to be mad that she's now spending all his money on Xenu and not norco.

Great, glad to see Jeff made the effort and got off temptation that downed Elvis Preseley and many other successful people. Way to go!

    Very Well Done,
I have seen several people that did the Narconon program and that came out totally out of drugs.
If they become also Scientologist that would be event better as than they will be able to have more control on their life and live a better more ethical life too.

Addicts have very low will-power. Narconon is effective only in exploiting that. Replacing one all-consuming, harmful addiction or dependency with another is NOT what I would call a successful recovery.
Also, the Narconon (Scientology) program has never allowed itself to be subject to peer review. The "high success rates" it claims have not been confirmed by any non-scientology backed sources.

Jeff Conaway is full of it. This is just his new way of getting attention…watch; he'll be back on the drugs in no time.

Be very wary of any "program" that brags about being the "only" successful drug treatment program in the world, yet won't subject itself to independent review of it's "success rate" or it's programs.

Kirstie Alley said that "Narconon" is so "successful", it saved her life, emm…TWICE. Then she went on to gain 150 pounds and got fired as Jenny Craig's spokesperson because she couldn't control her food addiction. Yep, that's control over your life, alright.
