I'm curious as to how you know about their birth control habits - assuming she is pregnant, there's all kinds of perfectly trustworthy birth control methods that can fail even the most dedicated users.

She's looking healthier than ever, IMO. Whatever's happened to her in the last few months, it's working for her. Best of luck to her, pregnant or not.

Actually, I shouldn't say "healthier than EVER." Just healthier than she's looked in a long long time.

I'm not posturing as any sort of morality police, so I'm certainly not supporting abstinence as a credible source of birth control for a twentysomething like Nicole Richie. My only point was that it's easy enough to get pregnant, even while using some form of birth control.
